Korter mahutab 2 külalist. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250 m). Korter asub tänava ääres.

Erilisemaks teeb selle kohta see, et maist- augusti lõpuni on tegemist aktiivse taluga, kus kasvatakse köögivilja.
