Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

Die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und Alles sehr sauber . Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung da fehlt es an nichts . Fani hat uns nett begrüßt 😀uns alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann . Wir würden sofort wieder hin gehen.👌jedem zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und blitzsauber, die Gastgeber sind herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar bei Bedarf. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und hoffen irgendwann wieder zu kommen. Herzlichen Dank für alles, es war wunderschön bei euch!

Modern, jól felszerelt, új apartman. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, bármikor elérhető volt. A belváros autóval kb. 10 perc alatt megközelíthető. Pékség és kis bolt séta távolságra. Minden szuper volt, még visszatérünk!

A Hidden Gem in Pazin – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Staying at Nikolina’s place was an absolute dream. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made us feel instantly welcome. The setting is peaceful and scenic — ideal for relaxing or exploring the beautiful Istrian countryside. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Nikolina herself and her family. She was incredibly helpful and kind — whether we needed help drying clothes, setting up the grill, or tasting her delicious homemade almond grappa, she was always there with a smile and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming, and heartwarming getaway, this is the place. We’d return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

Sandro und Kristina haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber/wie auf den Fotos und in guter Lage. Strand war zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Paolo’s place is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed staying in their farm very much. They are very sincere and friendly. They even provided us free eggs from their hens. Their home is well equipped with everything we needed and beds are comfortable. I like the location too because it is quite central in Istra area.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Es war eine super Unterkunft für eine Woche! Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto, damit man zu Buchten, Märkte. etc kommt. Sehr cool, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch der Griller und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind echte Highlights. Einzig der Lärm von der Strasse ist etwas störend.

Our stay was lovely, everything was as described! It’s close to Rovinj (10 mins by car), the house is beautiful, the garden patio and grill station is brilliant, it’s spacious, we loved everything about it, would stay here again!

Wir hatten das große Glück, unsere Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Rovinj verbringen zu dürfen, und es war zweifellos das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – liebevoll gepflegt, mit vielen schattigen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Unsere Kinder haben jeden Tag im Pool verbracht und hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail und der hohe Komfort machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen einen perfekten Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist ideal: Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre, und trotzdem ist man nah genug an der Stadt, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Alle wichtigen Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

It was our first time in Croatia. Istria was amazing, helped more so by staying in a lovely house and great setting. The house is beautiful with lots of space (we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers) and great facilities. Of course the pool was fabulous to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing but Marasi village is also lovely and peaceful with friendly neighbours - we enjoyed the front patio a lot. Cythia provided great local recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and was always easy to communicate with. With a car, most places of interest were no more than 45min drive - great location. Only downside - we did not stay long enough!! There was so much to do and see in Istria, our week was packed so ideally 10 days would allow a bit of chill time in lovely Marasi.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Nous sommes arrivés pour quatre jours sur place à Pula. L’emplacement était idéal en voiture avec peu de bruit, aux alentours et Jelena qui nous a tout de suite aidé et donner des informations que nous avons demandé lors de notre arrivée. La cuisine est super bien équipée, la salle de bain et la salle à coucher aussi et le balcon est très sympathique. Merci Jelena!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Veoma lep, čist i udoban smeštaj, udoban krevet, dobro opremljena kuhinja i mnogi drugi detalji koje i ne očekujete a doprinose udobnom boravku. Smeštaj uživo izgleda i lepše nego na slikama. Brz i lak dogovor kao i ljubazna komunikacija sa vlasnicima. Vrlo rado ćemo doći ponovo a i predložiti ovaj smeštaj našim prijateljima. Sve pohvale!

Albina è una superhost, disponibile e davvero simpatica. Ci ha accolto appena arrivati. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben organizzato, pulito e ha tutto quello che serve (ci ha lasciato cioccolatini, latte, caffè, succo, acqua e anche del vino). Il parcheggio è vicinissimo e gratuito. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per esplorare la Slovenia (Capo d'Istria, Pirano, Portorose, le grotte di Postumia…) ma anche Trieste e i dintorni. E in più, ci ha offerto la colazione nel loro bar! Super consigliato!
