Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Immaculate cottage - Norwich/Broads - sleeps 4

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

The Coach House near Norwich, the Broads & coast

Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Its’ quiet and tranquil location is perfect to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina and you can moor directly outside! Fishing is possible from the garden. Boat and canoe hire is available locally – pre booking is advised. A great place for relaxing and watching the wildlife and boats go by at the top of the marina.
