Crisp! Clean! Bright! This beauty was recently remodeled and feels like new. 2 minute walk to the beach, take the house golf cart (free!), or drive a few seconds. Groceries are very close too. Close enough to town to experience the attractions like a water park, boardwalk amusement park, museums, water sports, nature, boating, or bay and gulf fishing. House has great open floor plan with lots of room, and roomy bedrooms. House includes a golf cart! $150 a day value...no cost!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful custom built home. Beach and bay views right on the canal. Fish right off the dock on the canal of Christmas Bay. The house is right across from County Beach entrance 4. There is a boat ramp available right across the canal as well. There are two suites with private bath! We have some of the best views of Sunrise and Sunset on the island. Inside our custom built home you will find beautiful details.
