The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Relax and enjoy your stay in our beautifully situated and renovated holiday home with a fenced in garden looking out over fields towards the mountains. Pets welcome. The apartment is close to the town of Traunstein and still in the middle of nature. An ideal starting point for outdoor sports and activities in the surrounding mountains and lakes e.g. walking, cycling, hiking, wintersports and day trips. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know
