Very calm and safe neighbourhood close to central metro stations and walking distance to historical Madrid. Renovated in November 2022 with exclusive quality materials and modern taste for decoration. Near the Moncloa Hospital. The parking is free and is 50m away from the apartment (4,5x1,8x1,8m).Not big cars please. You will love it for sure.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
