It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

It is a building with historical protection, a house built in 1890, there is no noise, as it is newly renovated, (June 2019).

Our attic is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet village, making it ideal for relaxing with your partner, or to establish a place from which to visit everything that Madrid offers. Warner Park, Xanadu's indoor snow track, Safari Madrid, Casa de Campo Zoo, Toledo, Aldea del Fresno beaches, and much more, are what you can visit from our accommodation.
