Perfect for a family with children! The property is quite big with enough room for large groups and the grill area is close to the swimming pool. Miguel is a great host and was ready to help anytime.

Apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location. We struggled to understand all directions because check-in was with a different person who did not speak English though all other communications were in our language.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Madrid. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and walking distance to almost anywhere in central Madrid. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms including a large main one with both a shower and a bath, and has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is also very quiet despite being in such a central location. Our family of four - including two small children - stayed at Gigi’s apartment for a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We especially loved that immediately upon exiting the building you would come onto a pedestrian street in the center of the city ready to start your day. We also greatly appreciated Gigi’s responsiveness and support throughout our stay. In sum, we loved our time and would stay here again during our next visit.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, but pictures can't reflect how cozy is the apartment. Really bright. We feel really good in this place, was like home. Have all the amenities that you need. Just one block of Atocha street where you can find taxis, restaurants and markets. Almudena is an amazing host, she had been helping us with an issue that we had, and she was above and beyond. I really recommend her place.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. José’s place is perfectly located near Sol, quiet enough despite the fact that it faces a street where currently there is some construction, and extremely clean, comfortable, and easy. He was very responsive and accommodating. A great experience, thank you José!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Vicente is a perfect host, he does everything to make us feel good. The house is large, there were 6 of us and it was impeccable! there is everything as at home (towel, shower gel, all cooking utensils and enough to make breakfast). The metro is a 12-minute walk and about 50 minutes from the apartment to reach the center via the metro. you will have peace of mind when you arrive at the apartment. Super nice terrace!

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment, exactly as advertised and quiet. Very well located outside the tourist center, so quieter, and close to several metro stations. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would highly recommend it.
