Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

incroyable logement ... une parenthèse paisible, paradisiaque et surtout reposante. aucun bruit la nuit, aucune lumière, on se réveille avec le son des oiseaux nous voulions visiter les alentours et finalement nous nous sommes sentis si bien que nous avons changé nos plans et nous sommes restés à la ferme pour profiter du cadre. nous sommes partis à contre cœur. le logement est spacieux , agréable et propre les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Alberto nous a conseillé un restau délicieux dans le centre ville. je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement et nous espérons vivement pouvoir y retourner

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento de David, nos hemos sentido como en casa! Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado, incluso era más bonito en persona que en fotos. La entrada era muy amplia donde dejar las cosas, hemos ido con una niña de 2 años y nos ha venido genial para dejar su carrito. Sin duda, un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo para disfrutar del fin de semana.

Todo era tal cual está en la descripción. Yosua nos ha respondido muy rápido e incluso se tomó la molestia de venir a traernos una cuna para mi pequeña hija. Muchas gracias, esperamos volver pronto!

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

דירה קטנה וחמודה. הרגשה נעימה וביתית. הכל נקי ומצוחצח. כ5 דקות הליכה מתחנת המטרו. לא רחוקה מכבישים ראשיים עם חנויות , אפשרויות לאכול וקניות שימושיות. לא אזור מפואר אבל שקט ובלי תנועה רבה של כלי רכב.

Hemos pasado un puente fenomenal. La casa increíble y los niños han disfrutado mucho del jardín y en especial de las gallinas. Lástima que el clima nos impidió usar la piscina que se veía espectacular. Recomiendo ampliamente quedarse aquí.

Un appartamento perfetto, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Madrid. La stazione della metro è molto vicina e ci sono alimentari, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. Da apprezzare anche il parco bellissimo con pista ciclabile, illuminato anche di notte. Disponibilità impeccabile degli host. Se torno a Madrid, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questo alloggio.

Carlos was an excellent host. He was always checking and giving us recommendations Place was as the picture. There are couple of local restaurant really close. Subway only 10 minutes on foot.

Alejandro fue un gran anfitrión desde el primer momento. Nos recibió con todo lo necesario para el desayuno, frutas frescas y productos de higiene, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Además, tuvo la amabilidad de permitirnos dejar las valijas después del check-out. La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: en pleno centro de Madrid, rodeado de opciones gastronómicas y perfecta para recorrer la ciudad caminando. Sin dudas, lo volveríamos a elegir. ¡Gracias por todo, Alejandro!

My husband and I, in our 70s, enjoyed 10 days in Ana’s comfortable and quiet apartment. Ana tried to accommodate our arrival time and was helpful and friendly. We did not use the kitchen and dining area much, taking advantage of the neighborhood’s restaurants and cafes with Ana’s suggestions. The living area has a comfortable sofa for two with plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable, but sleeping for two required some agility since it is next to a wall. Great bathroom! The interior apartment was removed from city noises, but neighbors’ voices and activities can be heard, usually not after midnight ( and Spaniards keep late hours!) The neighborhood is convenient for exploring historic areas and transportation. We have stayed in Madrid many times visiting family and friends, and we hope to have the same wonderful experience with our next visit.

Le logement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d'une bonne literie. Fidèle à la description.

It was very pleasant staying at Francisco’s listing! Located in the calm neighborhood of Salamanca, we found it a comfortable place to relax either minimal noise from external activities. It is a pleasant walk to Central Madrid and there are many restaurants around the area. It is nice to have dinner nearby the stay, but make sure to make reservations! Francisco was very responsive and his instructions for checking in and out were simple and clear. Thank you for the stay!

Serdecznie polecamy ten nocleg. Bardzo czyste mieszkanie, a gospodarz sympatyczna i gościnna. Codziennie rano mieliśmy pyszną świeżo parzona kawę 😊 W mieszkaniu jest cicho. Do centrum jest doskonały dojazd pociągiem, natomiast autobusem musimy się przesiąść ale my korzystaliśmy z tej opcji i nie było źle.

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

Manu was very supportive of my wife's stay...very friendly and accomodating...the other tenants were also very friendly. Would highly recommend it1.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Jon is absolutely the perfect host! He goes to great lengths to ensure you are always comfortable and well-taken care of - from his meticulously prepared breakfast, helping out with your laundry, to providing amazing recommendations of places to visit (not the obvious tourist traps!). It was my 1st time visiting Madrid and truly felt at home staying here. Already looking forward to my next visit!
