The Chocolate Suite is a nicely appointed room, clean comfortable and enough for a night or two for two people. There is no kitchen or table so meals are to be had out. Both a kettle and a mini fridge are provided. Joanne kindly treated us to a few truffles from her chocolate shop and they were truly delectable- the best I’m sure that I’ve ever tasted. The Chocolate Suite is located in an Artisan Square. There are boutique shops and an excellent cafe with delicious breakfasts and lunches outside the door. It is an easy walk to Snug cove for groceries, dinner or the ferry. Also walking distance to trails. On the possible downside I could hear the cars pass and the people outside, but did not find this bothersome as the area is quiet when the shops close. I would recommend it especially as a getaway weekend. I hope to return soon.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place. It was very clean and relaxing and the place had all amenities as described. The hot tub was a special bonus after hiking and water sports. Michelle is very responsive and friendly. We would definitely book again!

Our stay at Robyn's place was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as described, has everything you need including stocked kitchen and laundry machines. Check in was very straight forward and Robyn responded really quickly. Location is fantastic with lots of things within walking distance. One of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed in, felt right at home and hope we get to come back one day!

LaVonne and Bob’s place was perfect for our group of painters! Our friendly hosts went the extra mile to suggest painting locations; even offering up another covered venue on their picturesque property for a rainy day gathering. They were SO accomodating to specal requests and extra guests - thank you. It was a busy time for them, but they still had the kindness to get fresh eggs from their chickens and give us a tour of all the ‘paintings’ in their 5-acre property. We’d definitely come back!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The size was perfect for our stay (4 adults for 3 nights), super nice and clean with a cute yard space and the hot tub was perfection. Walkable or a quick drive to Roberts Creek cafe, restaurant and cute shops. Absolutely loved the short walk to the beach/ocean! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

Joan was an amazing host! The unit was clean and organized. She anticipated all our needs, and went the extra mile in recommending local beaches and restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend!

We booked last minute and were really happy we found this place. We loved staying at Don and Marguerite’s lovely home. The unit is downstairs from the hosts, but felt very private. We cooked two of three nights and ate dinner on the patio. Great views from every room. The tiny town of Roberts Creek is sweet, with good grocery stores and additional restaurants a short drive away. We hope to be back very soon. A big thanks to Don & Marguerite for sharing their special place in the world. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely beautiful place that they’ve really made a perfect oasis. It was sparing clean and offers everything you could possibly need or want while staying there. Jill was very communicative during our stay and made sure everything we needed was available. We will absolutely be back to stay again.

We were absolutely delighted by our stay. The studio space was cozy and we were able to take advantage of the fireplace and record played on a rainy night. It was a very comfy bed and so quiet at night. The kitchenette was compact but had everything we needed for the food we made in the suite, I couldn’t believe how efficient it was. Great hosts with a lovely house and very sweet chickens. The creative ‘hot tub’ setup has also been updated since the photos on the listing. The hot water setup was so so easy and we had a great soak after our multi hour hike. We loved it!

Beautiful leafy neighbourhood perched just above Snug Cove. Nice private covered deck, and everything we needed. Just was responsive and the place was neat and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe how beautiful this location is! Close to a lot of fun activities as well, honestly, couldn’t have had a better place to stay along with a great host!

Great place to stay on Bowen Island ! Close walking distance from everything in Snug Cove, with beautiful scenery throughout. There is a nice area by the water a few mins walk away to relax and listen to the seals in the harbour. This listing itself is also very tidy, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom has a great spacious bathtub and shower to wash up after hiking one of the trails.

Sheenagh was a lovely host. Very caring, with great communication and suggestions. We felt welcomed and safe at all times. The suite was private, luxurious, incredibly spacious and well appointed. There were lots of small touches and value added items that made us feel right at home. Tall ceilings coupled with massive windows gave us great natural lighting throughout our stay. The bed was massive and comfortable while the bedroom itself was quiet. Good blinds also meant we could sleep in darkness. There is a huge outdoor patio to relax and unwind while enjoying the views or if the weather is bad, the views from inside were great too! Highly recommended!

We had a truly lovely weekend stay at Susan and John’s place! We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Susan and John are incredibly friendly and gracious hosts who made our stay feel like a home away from home. Their property is absolutely beautiful, especially the backyard, which features a serene pond surrounded by lush greenery. Our little one, had the best time exploring! He loved feeding the fish in the pond, watching the chickens and roosters, and playing fetch with their sweet dog, Millie. Their other dog was equally friendly, and it was such a joy to see our 1.5 year old interact with the animals. This stay was the perfect blend of peaceful nature and warm hospitality. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially families with young children!

I had an amazing stay at Shahar’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to snug cove ferry terminal, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around super easy. Check-in was smooth, and communication was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I especially appreciate a well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, thoughtful touches a local guideboard and pamphlets. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great stay — the place was clean, comfy, and super welcoming. Really appreciated the extra effort from the hosts, like showing us how the hot tub worked (which we had private access to), giving us tips on the tide times, and sharing some awesome local recommendations. We also had use of the kayaks and a canoe, which was such a bonus — they had life jackets ready to go too. After the hot tub, there were robes available, which was a nice touch. The views were stunning, and the whole property was so peaceful. The area was beautiful and quiet, with lots of wildlife — we even saw a deer! All in all, a really lovely and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay at while in Sechelt! Very responsive and also provided us with earlier check in to accommodate us. We also forgot to bring a usb charging block and Frank provided one for us during our stay. Amazing hosts and beautiful place!

This was our fourth year staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The host is one of the kindest people we’ve ever me. She always goes out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need for a perfect stay. The setting is peaceful and full of natural beauty—deer and hummingbirds often make an appearance, and the beach is just steps across the street. It’s the kind of place where you can fully unwind and recharge. We feel so lucky to have found this gem and can’t wait to return again next year. Highly, highly recommend.
