Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away. A quiet, unique retreat designed for rest, privacy, and nature.

New low bank waterfront one bedroom suite in lower level of house. All the advantages of a secluded waterfront location: swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and forest hiking. Yet only a 8 minute drive to Parkgate shopping Centre. Situated at the base of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, with mountain biking trails.
