Vacation rentals with a patio in Sunrise

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

A perfect coastal retreat! This elite villa is just half a block from the beach, making sunrise strolls and ocean dips incredibly convenient. The home itself feels like a modern sanctuary—clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained. We were especially impressed by the abundance of beach supplies provided—everything you need for a perfect day on the sand is already there. The host team was exceptional—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring, which made our stay even more seamless. If there had been an air fryer on-site, it would’ve been the cherry on top of an already flawless experience. Highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and elevated beachside living.

Great spot too get away from the crowds after enjoying the hard rock all day. I hope it is available next time we are down.

I just love this place. Been here with my wife for the third time this year alone. Feels like home mixed with the joy of vacations!

pompano is an amazing city to visit and Josh place is prime for a great walk to the beach close to great restaurants a true home away from home experience needless to say to the point I didn’t want to leave but in all I would definitely recommend if you want a oasis feel that charm of the city eatery this is the place I would recommend to get for your stay a true heaven feel .

I enjoyed my stay and I felt like at home. It was really quiet and peaceful. It was super clean. I will definitely go back

Airbnb was exactly as listed. Daniel was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear. The pool was clean as well as the tennis court. The rooms were spacious and all the bathrooms were clean with adequate linen/necessities.

This place was awesome and the host was amazing too. They made for a smooth check in. Had floats for the pool delivered for my kids and all. I will definitely stay there every time I come to the area! Thank you for a carefree stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely and we felt very welcomed from the minute we walked in. Tony added a nice touch to music playing from the tv with beautiful tropical scenery. Very clean and bright. Love the painted mural on the wall and one of my favorites was the few steps going up to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Tony was easy to communicate with and responds to messages quickly. Easy check-in and check- out. Thank you again for a fantastic stay.

Everything was very good, Patricia was always available and attentive to our stay at her house, everything was very clean, good weather, kitchen supplies, clean sheets, everything was great.

The house is amazing I will always come back

Our family of 6 had an absolutely fantastic time at this home! The highlight was definitely the huge pool and relaxing hot tub, perfect for daytime fun and evening unwinding. We enjoyed using the bbq for grilling while eating outdoors on the patio as a family. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All four of our kids had their own TV when inside, (happy parents). My children enjoyed playing on the Nintendo switch, and took advantage of the board games in the home. Miriam was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The home is in a prime location with a super wal mart near by to do your grocery shopping or grab anything else you need. We spent several days in Fort lauderdale which was only 20 minutes away from this home. Another day we went to Miami which was 45 minutes away from the home. Thank you Miriam, you are an exceptional host and your home is beautiful. We highly recommend this home!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The place is very warm and welcoming while being minimalist. The beds are comfortable.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
