It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Unfortunately, we had to shorten our stay for health reasons, nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was easy to reach due to the description given by Andreas, once there we were received by Andreas, he showed us the apartment and gave us a folder with hiking routes and possible activities in the area. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and very clean and tidy. They felt right at home there. Communication with Andreas was always friendly and uncomplicated. All in all, definitely a recommendation if you want to vacation in the region.😄

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in the beautiful tiny house of Holger and Grit because we were invited to a wedding. You could have stayed longer. It was super nice, cozy and quiet. Everything was very well maintained and clean. There are shopping facilities nearby, but you don't notice the hustle and bustle of the city. We didn't miss anything and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!!
