Beautiful apartment with great views of the Harz

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.
