Nice apartment in beautiful garden

This unique accommodation is located in the heart of central Solna in a house built in 1929 that consists of three apartments. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with lots of flowers and nice places to have coffee, arrange a barbecue dinner or have a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. WiFi and TV with Canal-Digital are included. Free parking on the premises.

Design and nature in city

Do you love having a nice time around you with nature outside your window? Then this is the perfect apartment for you. The light streams in through large windows, and the apartment feels spacious despite its small size. It is nicely decorated in a Scandinavian style, with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. It is peaceful outside with lovely walking distance to the national park Djurgården. You go by bus or metro to the city in 10 minutes. Or take a nice walk of 20 min. Towels and bed sheets are included.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Follow us as we continue to improve the apartment and add new photos! Please note I did not raise fees. Airbnb adjusted my prices to include their 15% service fee.

A lovely place

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Heart of the city. Great view

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.
