Close to Lake Sumter with Golf Cart

Located in St Charles, walking distance to SeaBreeze rec center on a dead end street. I also have a 2 br villw if you need to split nights because of my availability. My favorite spot in the house is the bar! It's great for working. Pet friendly because they are family! Golf cart & guest passes included! Coffee pods, grounds, sweeteners and creamers are provided. I don't like to pay pet or cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them!

Come enjoy our lakeside cottage and its fun relaxing vibe! This private home is fully fenced and features a private dock. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! PET FEE $25 per pet paid directly to host.

We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.
