The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is amazing. Check in and out was easy and Dena gave me great advice for where to play pickleball. The neighbors were super friendly too!

Gary was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. He even sent us some Pepsi and Chips for letting a maintenance man come install a new timer while we were there. We will be back, thanks a lot Gary❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Family Trip of a Lifetime! We had an unforgettable time staying at the Factory Ride House during our family trip to Croom Motor Ranch! The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to comfy beds and relaxing outdoor space. Perfect for both families and riders! The real fun was hitting the trails—riding through the woods, exploring the open areas, and soaking in the adventure as a family. Whether you’re an ATV lover, dirt bike rider, or just looking to enjoy nature, this is the place to be. We left with muddy boots, full hearts, and memories to last a lifetime. Definitely worth the visit—already planning our next trip back! 🏍🌲🏡

Beautiful cozy house. Made you feel right at home. Plenty of space for a large family. The host made you feel more like family than a guest or a customer. Everything was clean and organized. No clutter. Plenty of space. The area felt safe.

We had a great stay at this house! There is so much to do in the area from bowling to movies and tons of great restaurants. It was a perfect location to Lake Harris as well. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Jeff and Aggie were excellent hosts and this is an outstanding house. My wife and I and our three adult children really enjoyed this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the kitchen and living area is large and outstanding and the pool/outdoor kitchen was impressive. This was a great experience, there were no issues or concerns at all. In addition, the communication was outstanding. Everything went very well.

Amazing stay! The house was so cute and clean. They provided everything for us. It’s always the little things that mean a lot like soap in the bathrooms, kitchen utensils, pool towels etc. they had it all. Thank you for being a great host!

Jason was a wonderful host. Everything I messaged him about he answered within minutes. The rental was exactly as pictured . Very clean and comfy. With great amenities. The booking, check in and check out were flawless. We even left a pillow and my son’s stuffed animal in one room and within the hour Jason messaged me to let me know about it. And made arrangements to return our belongings. Dealing with Jason was one of the bright moments of our trip. Thank you Jason for being a great host. We will be back for sure.

What a great place. As an airbnb host myself, I’m picky about my stays. Laurie communicated well from the moment we inquired about pets and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Even made sure we had access to bikes and kayaks. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the screened back porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. At times it was so quiet we could hear the bees buzzing outside the screen. We even enjoyed daily visits from a hummingbird. Huge laundry/storage space gave extra room to store coolers and other bulky travel items. Plenty of towels too. An all around great location. It’s our second time staying in Floral City and there are two places we always stop- Sleepy Hollow (only 1/2 mile away with great shrimp from the food truck- beer, wine and seltzers only) and the Side Bar (downtown Inverness- short drive, full bar, great staff and delicious pizza.) We’ll be back!

Barbara was an amazing host! The place was so comfortable and peaceful. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay.

Steve was a wonderful host and we had a great time during our stay. The house was beautiful and we especially loved the large lanai. Great place to read during the hot afternoons. We walked to The Fenney Grill for breakfast several times and it was excellent! Having the golf cart to explore all of the new areas that The Villages are building was so fun!!

Bev and Bob were wonderful to deal with! Despite a family crisis of their own, they were pro-active and responsive to us, making our stay comfortable, peaceful, and filled with vacation opportunities! My wife and I are thoroughly grateful to them for their kindness and anticipation of our needs. Their home is well kept and immaculately clean! Their instructions were clear and simple to comply with. I would highly recommend their property as the ideal place to stay if ever you visit the villages! God bless Bev and Bob!

We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The home had all the necessary basics, was very clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue and they had someone there within ten minutes to resolve it! Having the golf cart included is a plus. We navigatigated our travels through The Villages quite comfortably the majority of the two weeks using the cart rather than the car. There is a pool quite close to the home and the home is also located pretty close to Brownwood Square. We would highly recommend this property.

House was well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. Close to good golf courses and recreation centers and within walking distance of shopping center with grocery store. Centrally located in the Villages.

Thank you Chad and Lindsay for a wonderful stay. Everything was amazing and the golf cart was a great amenity. We used it to check out the Villages and make trips to the mall that was very close by. Overall great experience!

Scott’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could say was there was not a table to seat 4 people or a coffee table so meals/games called for a little creativity. The advantage of that was the home felt super open. I would definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jason’s Villa. It was clean and very well maintained. Bed was comfortable, and the Villa had everything we needed. It was easy to get around the area and was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jason

Beautiful, beautiful place. Felt right at home....even better than my home as convenient first floor living. Quite neighborhood, many amenities in the house. Safe and clean environment conveniently located in The Villages.

Lori’s place is lovely. Spacious, very clean, great location. Lots of basics (!toilet paper , paper towels, spices, aluminum and plastic wrap, garbage bags) so you don’t have to worry about getting it yourself. In the middle of everything. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No problems at check in. Very easy. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this place or the host!! It was way more than I ever expected. We were able to check in sooner than the original check in time. Dave was awesome with communication and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going good throughout our stay. Everything was well stocked in the house from the kitchen (including spices and other little stuff that you would normally have to run out and buy to make a meal) to the bathrooms. There is everything you would need for the pool also. Dave even thought about your furry friends by providing leashes/bowls and treats. The house was immaculate! All you needed to do was literally pack your bags. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return to the villages in the winter time!

Great place with every comfort of home. One small issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The host was easy to get in touch with. Would recommend.
