We are a 5 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and adjacent shopping areas and about 15 minutes from downtown Erie and the Peninsula. Our space is great for a larger family or groups coming to town to have a weekend shopping trip, bachelorette party, or small family reunion.

Stephanie and Joe have a lovely home and I would highly recommend staying here! Everything was spotless and communication was excellent. Stephanie is very friendly and made us feel right at home. She was very welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for entertainment and dining in the area. Our stay was very comfortable :)

No AC. I didn’t pay attention if AC was listed on the amenities which is my fault. The fans kept it semi cool. 12th street was a bit noisy and the steps were steep going to the second floor. Close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a good stay

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. It is a great location for all activities in the Lake Erie and surrounding area. Very comfortable house and lovely setting.

I booked late and she still responded in a reasonable time with quick instructions on how simple it was to gain access to the place. her home is simple yet peaceful. very very clean and the hard wood floors are in great shape. the area was very quiet and the home sits in a residential neighborhood so you feel like you have neighbors....

Jamie was a phenomenal host and the space was awesome. She went out of her way to accommodate for our toddler (which she totally didn’t have to do.) Everything was clean and easy to use. The neighborhood had everything we were looking for and was easily commutable. When we need a place to stay in Erie, this will be our #1 choice. Thanks again, Jamie!

Sally's place was a convenient stop for me between Ohio and Canada, and I greatly appreciated her hospitality. She was a wonderful hostess who, upon my arrival, quickly helped me get set up at the public library so I could conduct my online class that evening. The private room with fast internet service worked out perfectly. She recommended a convenient place for me to eat dinner and accommodated my early departure the following morning. She also made thoughtful suggestions of nearby places for me to visit. I just wish I had had more time to stay there.
