Such a perfect little hideaway. I forgot I was in Florida! This cottage gives cabin vibes with the beautiful woodwork throughout, but it’s right across the street from the beach. The best of both worlds! I absolutely loved the greenery and landscaping surrounding the cottage! There’s a fountain outside the porch where you can hear the soothing sound of water. The birdbath attracts cardinals, chickadees and titmice (which I’ve never seen in Florida, as I am from southern part of the state) I was in awe! The view of castle otttis is spectacular from the deck off the bedroom. This place was with every penny and we’ll definitely be back!!

Our stay at Sand Dollar condominiums was fantastic. Tricia was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for our anniversary looking for peace and quietness. The view was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen being fully stocked was a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely come back!

A cozy clean and updated condo. Everything you need. Very comfortable bed, and living room furniture. Everything very clean. Sweet gesture to leave a few snacks to enjoy (cookies, chocolates, crackers). Parking a bit tricky and can be a haul to bring everything up with a dog, but once you are in, who cares. :) (and not her fault - just the setup of the resort). We enjoyed the Atlantic Restaurant (you are not allowed in other 2 or 3 but for a short stay it didn't matter). Indoor pool was good - we enjoyed the quiet and away from sun. (never crowded). We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub area. Towels provided by her and down at indoor pool. VERY dog friendly - brought him everywhere. (Again, a bit of a trek to bring him out to do business, but not a deal breaker). Got a pizza and garlic knots delivered from MezzaLuna - takes some time but it was FABULOUS! Easy to use Roku for pizza/movie night. Publix 2 minutes away. We had a wonderful 3 day getaway from Orlando. Thank you Meggynne!

Wow! What an incredible find. My husband and I have stayed at many other places and this by far was the best. Patricia’s place had everything we could need and more. She thought of so many of the little things like extra pillows and blankets, a kitchen full of amenities, a frozen pizza and bottled waters, snacks, beach towels and chairs, a booklet and basket full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. There was more but too many to list! It is also a short walk to the beach via a beautiful boardwalk. We will be coming back, hopefully a couple times a year. Highly recommend Pat’s place for a couple wanting a peaceful and serene atmosphere and a beach just minutes away. Pat was an amazing and super friendly host.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
