Vacation rentals in Šumet

We spent two extraordinary weeks in a superbly equipped, very clean, comfortable and soothing house. Luka, a fantastic owner, is available, helpful and responsive and above all very kind. The view of the surrounding area from the terrace and the house is splendid. There are also some interesting activities to do in the area: several lakes, canyoning, wine tasting (quite good). There's a bakery nearby for breakfast and a few supermarkets nearby for food shopping. One detail remains to be mentioned: the noise from the road below at rush hour. Fortunately, the house is so well insulated that you are not disturbed when you are inside. And with the airco working well throughout the house, you can count on a good night's restful sleep. It's really just a detail, given the quality of the features and all the assets of this house.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful countryside. Everything was great, kitchen has everything you need also an bbq place outside. House was clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay. I'm not sure, if this is a every day occurrence, but be aware that we had several evening when there was a smell of manure coming from the nearby area. Host was very friendly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some local appetizers, which were very delicious. Overall we were very happy and would likely come here again.

A family of 8 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 3, plus an 11 month old baby, plenty of space for everyone. Cot and high chair available. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but were welcomed warmly by Luca and his family. Small issues were dealt with immediately, an initial issue with the pool was being sorted as we arrived and was ready the next day with profuse apologies. The villa was spotlessly clean, ample towels and bedding available. We would love to return one day, as we had the best holiday!

We had a fantastic stay in the house of Sanja. The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes away both from the walking path to the Blue lake and the main square of the town with many bars. It is possible to do kayaking less than 10 minutes away with the car. Our children adored the dog (Masa) and three cats (Zivko, Missy and Johnny) while we were enjoying a very pleasant and tranquil garden under fig and cherry trees. Sanja is such a pleasant host and I felt sad to leave the place. In sum, I can only echo the previous positive reviews and I highly recommend this house!

Super friendly, great house, nice and quiet location! In the house, the kitchen appliances could be renewed. The coffee and dishwasher did not go properly!!! A great helpful landlord who always stood by and cooked for us!!! Strong

Wonderful places away from the city. This is what we were looking for😍. The house and the surroundings charmed us very much. Tina is wonderful, warm and cheerful, she welcomed us with delicious food and wine. Together with her husband, she created a beautiful house and the terrace is just perfect for feasting😍. The birdsong had a soothing effect on us and the neighbors' cat who visited us was simply sweet, which made us feel even more at home. We will come back here for longer. Thank you and see you soon. We stayed at 2 villas in this village during our stay and this one was by far the superior. The layout of the house is brilliant and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We've never had a salt water pool but now like it more than chlorine. The pool is a very good size and the addition of an internal seat/shelf is great for days when you want to sit in the water to cool down. The villa had all the utensils needed for a 2 week stay. The location of the villa is good for visiting many of the areas attractions incline the skywalk, zipline, kayaking, Omis and coastal activities such as boat tours. We highly recommend visiting Bosnia during your stay and the restaurant at Eco Selo Grabovica, the food and view are amazing. Finally, the hosts make this villa the fantastic place it is and place it above others in the area. They genuinely want to ensure your stay is positive and go out of their way to help. Zvonko cooked us the best meal of our whole stay and we recommend this villa to anyone.

The place is great and we had a wonderful week there. The garden is spacious and ideal for us as we arrived with two dogs. There are many seating areas and a nice, large pool. The rooms are bright, clean and modernly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the air conditioning and the fly screens on the bedroom windows, which made the hot nights more pleasant. There are good shopping and small, cozy restaurants nearby. The hosts were also extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available to help and made sure we felt completely comfortable.
