It is an old farmhouse with appropriate room height. Consisting of 3 floors, of which the 1st + 2nd floor is inhabited by us as the host family. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own access and a beautiful terrace. It was completed in November 2024 after a lot of diy -work, but we are very happy with the result and you will be also. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower + washing machine and a spacious living area with kitchen, dining table and a TV corner - and with a View! You can park your car almost directly at the apartment (tarred area) or use the garage (2.30m wide, 2.10m high).

The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...
