Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Unmittelbar in der Nähe von unserem Boardinghouse: - 3 Lebensmittelmärkte (REWE, ALDI, LIDL) in ca. 100 m Entfernung - Tankstellen, das Mainufer, der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle - ca. 8 km mit dem Auto nach Aschaffenburg

The attic apartment in our house is located about a 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district of Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessarts. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as free parking spaces right in and at the house. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, there are closed parking spaces directly in the house. It is also great for trade fair exhibitors.

Everything great! Friendly welcome from Frank. Very clean accommodation. Good location in the middle of the village. Next to it is a bakery and in the same street there is also a tavern. Coffee and cake water were available to us. The place is highly recommended. Thank you for the nice stay.

There were three of us for an extended weekend in Johannesberg and we were very satisfied with the apartment. One person can sleep well on the couch and Celia even provided us with an air mattress. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very clean. The decor is lovely and the view from the terrace into the greenery is totally beautiful. Highly recommend!

Ulrike and Helge are excellent hosts. The reception and communication were warm and we received a lot of information about the apartment, surroundings, public transport and excursion options. It was the best Airbnb we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Everything was sparkling clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you might need as a vacationer. The surroundings offer beautiful hiking and biking trails right outside the front door and the old town is also quickly accessible by bus. We will be happy to come back.
