Despite the central location (bus to the city center and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away), it is quiet in the apartment, as it is located in a rear building. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

The tram (line 13) and bus stop (line 130) ‘Sülzgürtel’ can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.
