It's a good place to spend a few days in Heilbronn... excellent location, you have transportation super close, 5 train stations away. And you get to the center in 3 stops. The kitchen has everything you need in utensils, pots, glasses, plates, coffee cups... toaster, kettle. Providing another kitchen towel would be great. Find coffee, sugar, and tea capsules. Grateful for the thoughtfulness. The studio is a single environment. Super IMPECCABLE sheets, pillows and bedspread. The negative point is that there are no switches near the bed, and a lamp is needed on the nightstand. The wi-fi connection is not stable, perhaps because it is a basement. The bathroom is SUPER sparkling clean, set of towels in magnificent condition. What a feeling of well-being. One negative point is that the mirror is very high. I could only see from my neck up. Excellent communication with Kim Alena... I felt very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. EVERYTHING WAS SUPER NICE.

I had a great stay at Markus's! The accommodation was perfect – very spacious, well equipped and provided with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I liked it so much that I spontaneously extended my stay. I was particularly impressed by Markus' own winery with excellent wines – the rosé wine is my absolute favorite! In one of his restaurants in the area, you can also eat exquisitely – a real highlight for connoisseurs. The location is fantastic: surrounded by beautiful nature, but at the same time very well connected by traffic. I'd definitely love to come back – absolute recommendation

Close to the city center and yet very quiet and a balcony with direct views of the Neckar. No through traffic, only bike path and footpath between apartment and Neckar. The train station is also only a few hundred meters away. From here, we took bike tours along the Neckar. The apartment is highly recommended as a starting point for such activities. The bikes could be safely stored in the bicycle cellar. In the evening, young people bring life to the banks of the Neckar. It can also be loud, but the windows are very well soundproofed. Mark is a top host. Very helpful and always very accessible for questions. Great apartment and great hosts!!
