Great spot, we have stayed here before several times over the last few years & are always happy to return. Frank is a great host!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

I would highly recommend staying at Kerry’s place! We visited for a girls trip and the space was perfect for us. The location is very convenient to be a short drive to beaches and downtown Charleston. Kerry was very responsive and provided clear instructions to find her home and provide recommendations to make us feel welcome. The beds were very comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for my bachelorette and had a wonderful time! The house is decorated nicely with plenty of amenities and features. The backyard and pool area are stunning. Location is quiet and check-in was very simple. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Saltwater and Sweet Tea cottage. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Michael and Ericka provided clear instructions prior to our arrival with recommendations for the area. They were very easy to get a hold of as well. The cottage is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion pools, restaurants and golf courses. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely return.

Great place to stay!!!! Host was very responsive, highly recommend!!!! Only thing is be sure to read the rules as they are pretty stringent to include music and TV being used after hours with a noise monitoring system installed on property.

Had a great stay in Charleston at Victoria’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Charleston spots. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great place to stay. It is close walk to the beach, cute house and convenient. Kitchen had needed items for us to cook while there.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

The stay was wonderful! Beautiful place! The rooms were great, kitchen had everything, social areas were open and great for our group! The porch was a peaceful place especially in the morning. The beach was at most 5 min walk, and was a beautiful beach. Even the locals on their were so kind to us. The whole house was great! Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to the area!

We very much enjoyed staying here! Fiona’s pre-arrival details contained all the information we needed. The place was decorated nicely, very clean, and the toiletries were high quality. The large screen TV, which blended in with the furnishings, had a nice streaming interface. Numerous restaurants are located just half a mile away and you can walk through the neighborhood or drive to get there. I also liked that the quickest route had a sidewalk all the way. We especially liked the Odd Duck Market for breakfast and Southern Roots Smokehouse for dinner. We also appreciated the quick access to I-526 and I-26 to help get us to wedding events at Folly Beach and John’s Island as well as touring Fort Moultrie which were all, even though located south of Charleston, less than 30 minutes away. I also appreciated that an EV Supercharger was located only a few minutes away, too.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for myself and my bridal party for my bachelorette celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The home was exactly as pictured, easy to find, and located only a couple blocks from the public beach accesses on the northern side of Isle of Palms. Everyone slept great on the beds and we certainly made use of the kitchen space and pool area. Our favorite parts were chilling in the sun room on days when it was raining outside! The only down side was that the Airbnb hosts were not responsive, particularly when it came to checkout. Other than that, everything was great! P.S. I highly recommend renting golf carts if you stay here and intend to go to the beach. Traffic and parking on the main road is insane and the two golf carts made we rented this quick and easy for my group of 8, including when we went to the "downtown" area for beachside lunches. I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

I would recommend Captain Morgan’s to any and everyone. The house in itself will have you not even wanting to leave to see the beach or other attractions. You are steps away from a beach access that not many people know about. The section of the beach you will be on is the most quiet of the entire island. You will not have to go to the store for anything, the house has it all! Amazing views, clean, spacious, all of the above! I wish we didn’t have to leave!

Place was exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet, and bright, although we loved the blackout blinds in all the bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. We spent hours outside at the pool area. It was perfect for our family.

We stayed for six nights with a family of five -three kids under age 7 - and a grandparent. The property is very comfortable with great access to beach and playground for kids. The culdesac makes for a quiet setting even on a busy beach day. All three kids fit easily in the bunk bed room and were easy to keep an eye on from the master in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The arrival and departure were seamless. We’re not difficult to please by any stretch, but Sam’s instructions were very clear and he communicated well without being intrusive.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at Tiana’s place! It was perfect for my group of girls and in a great location. The backyard was a huge hit and overall had the best weekend in Charleston

Nicely remodeled house close to the beach (<10 minute walk) and the Wild Dunes resort. Very clean, with a well stokced kitchen and a responsive host. The descripion and pictures were accurate. Our family of four had a very nice stay for six nights.

Krista was very responsive and available, flexible, and so accommodating. When inquiring about where to buy wood for the outdoor fireplace, Krista told us where to go after she called to make sure wood was in stock. Much appreciated. The house was a perfect blend of beachy chic and comfort. Our party of 9 felt like home, but better. The neighbor is cozy and welcoming. The front porch was a treat. Everything was done right. All the beach supplies you could need. The perfect location for days at the beach and evenings in Charleston. On the nights in, we played pool and ping pong. It was hard to leave. The kids ranging from 8–18 all wanted to move there! Thank you Krista.
