Jackie was extremely kind and helpful, and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The setting is beyond peaceful; my toddler loved running around the big yard. We appreciate Jackie hosting us!

I had a group of my workers staying here for a few weeks. They said the location was a great in between spot with the area they were working. The only issue was the trailer is literally on the corner of the road. Other than this they enjoyed their stay.

A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

Melissa’s place was very clean and welcoming. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our kids and pet to get energy out after a long car ride. The beds were very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pam’s place. It was well lit at night and I felt very safe. The neighborhood was quiet. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice. I slept like a baby. Pam is a wonderful host, checking in with me to see if I needed anything after my arrival. I will definitely be booking her place again when I come to visit Bristol.

I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint home. Very clean, modern and updated. I had a couple of questions about check in and the host responded within minutes. Great for dogs but no fenced in yard (this was fine for us but others with dogs may need a fenced in area). Close to great restaurants and casino.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They were very well organized throughout the living arrangements with over the top instructions for everything. Most well put together place I might add. Very nice and attentive couple! Thank you and see you next year hopefully!

This has been one of my favorite airbnbs. We were seeing a show at the Hard Rock Casino and it was close and convenient and had so much to do. The place was very clean and tidy and every area was well designed. We loved it and intend to go back.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. This is a great place to stay if you want a location that is secure and centrally located to access for the trip-cities area. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. Host made sure to have all the “extras” needed for our stay. They also went over and above by offering us cleaning services during our extended stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.
