The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining area, a sofa and a TV are also here. In the bedroom there are two beds (2 x 1 m each). The balcony can be accessed from the kitchen and from the bedroom. The Großes Meer is 4 km away. Wiegboldsbur is centrally located between Norden, Aurich and Emden and is the ideal starting point for cycling trips. The coast can be reached in about 25 km.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The accommodation is surrounded by the Emder Wall with its picturesque canals.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
