Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

It is a beautiful house on the shores of Lake Atitlan. You can spend beautiful afternoons staring at the view of the lake and the San Pedro volcano. You will love the tranquility and the open space, it is perfect for relaxing surrounded by nature and escape from the stress of the day to day life. My space is perfect for couples, adventurers, families with kids, large groups and pets. It is necessary to go up and down a great number of steps to access the house.
