We always received support from Vladimir, the house is very nice and comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Mazatenango, close to downtown and with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

It was just like the photos, air conditioning in all the rooms, very comfortable and very close to the parks.

An excellent place to disconnect, there is not much outside (shopping malls, etc.) so it is better to bring everything, but once inside everything is fine. Hot water, pool, A/C. Everything is great! Recommended.

Everything is very clean, close to the hostels and easy access, the pool needs a little maintenance and garden areas but the apartment is very functional. There are many friendly cats and dogs.

The experience at the house of San Lucas de Tolimán was wonderful. By far the best bay on Lake Atitlán to rest. Very quiet village with a perfect atmosphere to relax. The house is very nice and all the amenities worked very well as advertised. Extremely comfortable bed and very quiet. The terrace with the jacuzzi complements the entire experience. A positive point to highlight is the service, attention and availability of Hector, who was always attentive to all our needs. Totally recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay thanks to the good service and attention of emy, she is always attentive, the house is very nice and was very clean, the coffee was delicious. I have no complaints, it was a very good experience for my family.

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

The stay was amazing, they quickly solved the problems and Dani was available to us the whole time. A pleasant atmosphere and the neighbor was friendly and attentive. My family and I were happy.

Everything was great here, the a/c works well in the bedrooms and it is a spacious apartment. The bed was also very comfortable and internet worked well. We'd be happy to come back.

Marlene and her sister’s hospitality was amazing! Very proactive and checked in with us a couple of times and she responded very quickly to any questions I had! The area was very peaceful and quiet! We were there for 7 days! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back soon!

We really loved Acaso De Marina. It's a beautiful place, very clean, impeccable, just like the description in the photos. It's an easy place to find. I felt right at home, very cozy and with very good amenities. I really recommend it and would rent it again

Our stay was incredible. I took my entire family Of 16+…. The views are breathtaking, with so many fun activities without even leaving the house. The hospitality was also a great bonus! Pedro, the house guardian is very attentive. Highly recommend booking Juliana for your breakfast needs, she was also great! 😊 Carlos, is great as far as communication goes, very patient and friendly. We all gave this place a 10/10 We’ll definitely be back soon! Ps…there are some massive stairs down to the pool/ lake. The walk down is easy but the walk up is some work! Be ready for some good cardio

A very cozy place, with nature and a private atmosphere. Everything you need.

Vanessa was responsive to our messages, and the staff quickly brought what was missing (salt, pepper, matches…). The location was a bit difficult to find at first, but Vanessa guided us through it and even sent staff to meet us. The apartment is a bit of a walk to the centre of the city (where there’s most restaurants, and the dock for daily boats), about 15-20min. You can also take a tuk-tuk (5min), for 10Q/person. The place is cozy, the bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, then you have to go up a set of stairs outside to access the kitchen/patio. The view is nice up there. It is secluded, it didn’t feel like the safest part of the town, but overall we still had a good experience. It can get noisy sometimes (dogs barking a lot), but that’s not the host’s fault. Thank you for having us!

Lovely, large traditional house with nice bigs rooms and a balcony with a brilliant view. Quite loud in the mornings due to local animals, but we slept through easily enough. Would recommend as a great less touristy accommodation!
