Vacation rentals with a patio in Subiaco

Ellie's place was truely insta-worthy and beautifully decorated. It was a short drive from the beach and walkable breakfast places (even with a toddler)! Parking was convenient as well. We had no issues with heating or hot showers.

Jessica was a great host with clear photographic instructions on how to get the keys and get into the garage. She was also very proactive in responding to some of our queries and we all thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this location which was within walking distance to all the attractions in Freo. Will definitely recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Beds were very comfortable and the furniture was very nice. We would definitely stay there on our next visit to Perth.

Justine & Lan’s home in Freo was perfect for a base to explore Perth for a few days. The apartment had everything required, was comfortable and close to the Freo highlights. Would stay again. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided. Can be noisy from the traffic / trains during the day, but fine in the evening/ sleeping.

Love the landed heritage house. Easy to park our rented car. Check in was easy and the house was in excellent condition. Easy to liaise with property operator. It's more like a home because the kitchen is well equipped, washing machine and dryer provided, iron and ironing board available, long bath, fridge etc. It's a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sarah was very proactive and easy to communicate with and also answered questions promptly. Space was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Our stay was lovely, Sam and Kiwi (his friendly lovebird - which we only realised was there the 2nd day) received us very well. He was very helpful, gave us tips on what to do around and we talked a lot. The house was clean and the room is very comfortable. The one thing we struggled a little bit was parking. There are a few parking spots right in front of the building which are free from 6pm to 8am, and it was no problem finding a spot (tuesday and wednesday) for the night, but during the day it's AU$7/h to keep parked there. Also, it's worth mentioning the kitchen is a little small and there's no dining table. In this stay we didn't cook much, so it was not a problem at all. In general, I'd totally recommend the stay!

Jules was a proactive and responsive communicator and the place was exactly as described. Thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Good location and well furnished kitchen, which is good for cooking. peaceful street as we are light sleepers.
