Very well connected to the inner city (U1, U9). In about 5 minutes, you are in the center of Stuttgart, and at the same time, the forest is within walking distance. The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is occupied by four people. Please note: There is no barrier-free access to the house (stairs).

Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Superhost for a long time!

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.
