The small apartment is equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The view is beautiful and you can start all kinds of hikes from the doorstep and is also well connected to the S-Bahn within walking distance. The oven is especially nice. Steffen was very helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.

Very pleasant! Super easy, productive and fast communication. You have your peace, through the key box you can check in without direct contact, you still feel well looked after. Everything as described, and extremely clean everything! Delighted! I read from another review that there is no shampoo, so I took my own, which I wouldn't have done otherwise. You have to know that, but it's no problem! We'd love to come back!

We needed a place for the family to stay while a relative was receiving treatment at Tübingen's University Hospital. The apartment is about 20 minutes drive away but that wasn't a problem and the peaceful location and fabulous apartment more than made up for the commute. Renate was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation, which involved different family members being in the apartment at different times. While small, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay and a lot of nice, quirky touches that we appreciated. All in all a great place if you don't mind it being a little bit out of town.

I visited Jakob for the 2nd time and it was clean, quiet and just like the description, I am very satisfied

The house was ideal for our family and friends extended weekend. (7 adults and 2 children). The Kutlar family even brought toys for the kids and a few plates. The difficulties with the hot tub and the fuse were quickly resolved after the first evening by a helpful tip from the Kutlar family. There are many shopping and excursion destinations in the area. The house is in a quiet residential area and the view of the city was really nice.

Best place, i would stay here again for next journey. Verry recommend this place.

We loved the apartment. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Super easy parking in front of the house and close to the center of Boblingen (you still have to go by car) The host is super nice, responsive. We will return during our future stays in Bobligen. Once again, thank you for everything

Bettina is a very attentive and friendly host. I didn't arrive until the evening, but this wasn't an issue either. The property is easily accessible by public transport and is very quietly situated in a residential area. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The room as well as the private bathroom/toilet are sparkling clean, as is the fully equipped kitchen, which is set up for the guests. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Reutlingen.

Very quiet location. Friendly owners. Nothing was missing. A very quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Has a nice tiny house ambiance. I can only recommend it.

I loved Meltem's place, it is decorated in such a lovely, minimalist way. I'm sad that I didn't get to stay longer but I only got in on the night train at 5 am and had to leave again around 8 am, but for the 3 hours I was able to check in easily, get a shower, sleep in the really comfortable bed provided in a lovely large bedroom. I loved the interior design and it was no problem for Meltem to take me in this late and only have me for a few hours, which I really appreciate. Top notch stay, would highly recommend. Walking distance from the train station and easy to find my way round. Thank you Meltem!!

Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation was exactly as promised! It is particularly cool that you live so quietly, but are quickly at the train station and in only 10 minutes in Tübingen!
