Short term living in the back of the international photo-gallery UNO ART SPACE In the second, the back room is a convenient, fast folding double sofa bed available, storage, clothes rack, etc. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, etc.. Shower, toilet. There is a radio, but no TV. The stay in the feudal district is nice and comfortable: There are many pubs, bakeries, cafes, shopping, supermarket, pizza service, and in the immediate vicinity. Bus 43 stops - the city center, 2 minutes entfertn and subway Marienplatz with U1 and U14 - Central Station-5 - 10 minute walk. Woods, vines and downtown within walking distance or with ÖNV. Theatre ramp nearby.

Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Within walking distance of the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Beautiful apartment with balcony

Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
