Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Mississippi State - Bulldogs Game House

I would definitely recommend this house. We were in town for a wedding and the home was more than was expected. Quiet neighborhood and very clean. It offered a large living area and large bedrooms. Parking was good for multiple vehicles. Host was attentive to our needs and answered quickly. It looks small on the outside but is very roomy and spacious on the inside. We will be back for a MSU weekend.

Beautiful location where you've got neighbors, but it's quiet and secluded. I needed a place I didn't have to worry about anyone hanging around to worry my dog. The hosts were great! They let me know that the lawn service was coming the next day, which I appreciated since I had a pet and was also by myself. I could have used a couple more towels for my length of stay, but I also didn't ask.

Kerri was a terrific host, always responsive with any all questions. The apartment itself was very nice, beds were very comfortable and while you think you are far away from town, its actually right down the road. I inquired about an iron/ironing board prior to our arrival and Kerri told me she wasn't sure if there was one or not. By the time we arrived she had placed a brand new iron and ironing board in the unit. We would definitely use Kerri again.

A perfect place to stay! We loved having the deck out back to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Such a peaceful location. The space was large and homey. And the bed was extremely comfortable. It was easy to check in and Jeffrey was a gracious host -Always responsive and made our stay easy and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate our son's graduation. Thank you
