This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Across the street from campus, 5 minutes from the Cotton District, Main Street and many other Dining and Entertainment areas. 2 queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.
