Elegantly designed one bedroom loft on the hills just south of Ventura boulevard with breathtaking view and privacy. Brand new modern kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom apartment with queen bed ( in bedroom) and a day bed in living room. Fits 2-3 guests. Suitable for family. There is No elevator, around 20 ish easy steps to the suite. Easy free street parking. 10 minutes walk to Famous Ventura Blvd, great restaurants and shopping, Millenium Dance studio 10 minutes away.

Rejuvenate in a Retro Burbank Guesthouse with a Pool

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family.
