The accommodation is on a housing estate 10/15 mins walk from the centre of Loddon. THERE IS NO TV. 2pm check in. Contactless Self check in via a key box. Private annexe with own private front door (no back garden access). This small annexe could also accommodate a child/small adult in the under stair bed. Infants are fine, no children under 5 years old, accommodation is not childproof e.g., no stair gate. If you book for 2 and are going to use more than one bed, book for THREE guests.

Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's just a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
