Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

Solberget cabin no. 7

Welcome to Solberget cabins! Newly renovated cottage (2024) with one bedroom, one bathroom and open living room/kitchen solution. Private patio with outdoor fireplace, terrace and dining area. Here you can enjoy stunning views over Oldevatnet. It is possible to borrow a canoe, boat, sauna, washing machine and dryer by appointment. The cabin is located on a farm about 5 km from Olden city center, where you will find shops, gas station and cafes. Otherwise, it is a short distance to Briksdalen, Loen skylift and Stryn.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence in the middle of mountains and fjords on Sunde, by the blue-green Oldevatnet /Oldewater. Here you have many hiking opportunities if you like to walk in the mountains. Klovane, Kjenuken/Høgenibba and Kattanakken are among the many popular top hikes in the area. 15 min drive to Briksdal glacier one way and 15 min drive to Loen and Hoven the other way. 30 min to Stryn. Place is well equipped with ready-made beds, towels and cleaning included!

Fra verandaen er det panoramautsikt over det smaragdgrønne Oppstrynsvatnet og fjella rundt, samt utsikt til isbreen Breifonna som er en arm fra Jostedalsbreen. Villaen har en stor solrik terrasse med delvis takoverbygg. Fullt nytt utstyrt kjøkken, spisebord for tolv personer, sofagruppe, WiFi, Appel Tv, bad med dusj, vaskerom med ekstra toalett og vask. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel samt strykejern og brett. Badestrand og turområder rett utenfor døren.

Beautiful view of Lovatnet

Enjoy the view of Lovatnet in this charming, little 28 SqM cabin. The cabin is equipped with books, board games and a Chromecast TV. It has 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed each, and an annex with a double bed. The toilet is inside the cabin, and a shower can be found in the annex. Keep in mind that there is no toilet in the annex. Utigård is located in beautiful surroundings close to the fjord, surrounded by snow covered mountains and the mighty glaciers in Olden and Loen in Nordfjord.

A large and exclusive cabin with 6 bedrooms 10‑minute drive from Stryn town centre. South-facing with optimal sun conditions from morning to evening. Located close to extensive hiking and biking trails in the summer. 6 bedroms, baby crib available on request. Outside, you’ll find a large, private terrace with an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, hammocks, toys, and more. The cabin has an small charger for electric cars (not a dedicated charging station).

Pleasant accommodation with a central location right by Stryneelva. Located about 4 km from Stryn city center, in rural surroundings. The house was partially renovated in 2022, and has, among other things, a brand new kitchen. The house is suitable for families, and is a perfect starting point for hiking and activities in inner Nordfjord.
