On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Here you have many hiking opportunities if you like to walk in the mountains. Klovane, Kjenuken/Høgenibba and Kattanakken are among the many popular top hikes in the area. 15 min drive to Briksdal glacier one way and 15 min drive to Loen and Hoven the other way. 30 min to Stryn. Place is well equipped with ready-made beds, towels and cleaning included!

The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Enjoy the view of Lovatnet in this charming, little 28 SqM cabin. The cabin is equipped with books, board games and a Chromecast TV. It has 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed each, and an annex with a double bed. The toilet is inside the cabin, and a shower can be found in the annex. Keep in mind that there is no toilet in the annex. A great cabin located in the mountainside in Bøanedsetra above Stryn city center. The cabin has immediate access to the mountains and fabulous hiking trails. Hydla climbing park is within walking distance. In winter you may enjoy ski in/ski out facilities at Stryn Winterski and amazing cross country facilities. The cabin has 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms with 13 beds in total; 3 bedrooms on the main floor and two on the 2nd floor. 3 of the bedrooms have family bunk beds.

The house was partially renovated in 2022, and has, among other things, a brand new kitchen. The house is suitable for families, and is a perfect starting point for hiking and activities in inner Nordfjord.
