A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

We invite you to apartment no. 3 in Karpniki in the atmospheric interior of the former mill. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 more people. The view from the living room extends to Karpniki and the Karkonosze Mountains. The apartment has 1 parking space on the property. Please note that it is old building with wooden ceilings. That means you might hear the sounds from other apartments that are upstairs.

Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.

Comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, year-round, wooden 6-person cottage located in a quiet charming area, on the outskirts of Jelenia Góra. The cottage has its own private SPA area consisting of a sauna, a Jacuzzi and cold water barrels. The cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette.
