Our log cabin is situated on our traditional working croft in Bracadale on the beautiful Isle of Skye. Nestled in the lovely quiet Totarder Glen, you will find just what you need for a restful break. The perfect place to enjoy the abundant wildlife and spectacular scenery. Apart from sheep and cows, it is more than likely that you will spot the Sea Eagles flying overhead and landing in the crags opposite the cabin. Herons, Oyster Catchers and Otters are often seen at the head of the loch

Loch Harport Pods, Isle of Skye Poppy pod

Loch Harport Pods are situated in an area on the Isle of Skye, called Fernilea. Overlooking the impressive and beautiful Loch Harport, this quiet crofting community is one mile past the world famous Talisker distillery, one of many fabulous attractions the Island has to offer. Other near-by must see's are the Fairy pools on the road to Glen Brittle, and also Talisker beach. The pods are equipped with a mini fridge, cooking and dining facilities. One double bed, a sofa, and electric shower.

The Studio Architect Designed Isle of Skye

The Studio is a contemporary eco building, cosy whatever the weather, with a wood burning stove. It has been designed by award winning architects Rural Design. The Studio is close to The Cuillin mountains, Talisker Distillery, Loch Bracadale. You can walk out from the studio directly into the landscape to the beach, sea cliffs and beautiful birch woods. Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

It is a detached building in the grounds of our home located in Fiscavaig with beautiful mountain & loch views over the bay. The area benefits from pub serving food, cafes, a community shop, post office & the famous Talisker Distillery. Taigh Glas Studio

Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Tranquil Glen Hide - comfort for two!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! Tranquil Glen Hide is an ideal base from which you can explore the stunning Isle of Skye. We recommend guests stay at least three nights in order to explore what the island has to offer :) Many of the most popular tourist sites are a short drive away: Old Man of Storr; Lealt Falls; Kilt Rock; Quiraing; Fairy Glen; Coral Beach; Neist Point; Talisker Distillery; Fairy Pools and the Cuillin mountains.

Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).
