It is among the top 3 houses I've ever stayed in. The house is very spacious, the items are new and clean. 2 bathrooms are also useful. There is a large balcony. Everything is available in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. In short, it was a perfect stay.

The flat was great, equipped with anything you might need, even with a hairdryer nozzle (much appreciated). Maybe a full mirror was missing, but not a big deal. Regarding the hosts, all of them were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you if you need anything. I couldn't recommend the place more.

My friend and I were in the area for a wedding and were in need of a place to stay overnight at the last minute. Elena’s place was perfect and she was very helpful when we spoke on the phone.

Mr. Ismail is a really caring host. I would like to thank her. Our flight landed very early, she provided us with a flexible check-in time. The house was clean, the bathroom was spotless, the sheets smelled soft. Everything was in the house. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, wet wipes, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle.. We couldn't find the hair dryer, Mr. Ismail provided it right away. She answered everything we wrote right away. We had a nice stay.

Gülsüm was very helpful and her laugh makes you welcomed and it is your place.

So pleased to have found this accommodation. It's in a great location just a short walk away from the center of Bellapais (be prepared for a short steep hill though!). The home was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The view was just incredible and could be enjoyed from the hottub! Self checkin was really easy, and the host could not have been any more helpful. We will definitely book again!

We had an amazing time staying at Dimitris'.The house is perfectly located in the old town of Nicosia and was a cozy homebase for our trip. Communication with our host went smoothly and we got plenty of recommendations for bars, coffee shops, exhibitions and museums.

We had a great experience with this house. It is in the center of Bellapais, which is one of the best touristic locations in Cyprus. We were surrounded by beautiful and historic restaurants/stores. The house itself was very well equipped and pretty clean. I usually buy some cleaning equipments and clean the houses that I stay during vacations, but we did not feel any need like that in this house, everything was super clean and neat. Thanks to the nice pool in the garden and the AC in the house, we did not even feel the need of leaving the house. Internet connection worked pretty well. Cengiz was a very helpful host. He answered all of our questions very quickly. He provided even more information than required to help us in any time and in case of urgencies. He also had a great taste, the house was decorated with beautiful furnitures and nice touches. We again would like to thank for this great experience!

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

Andria is a super hostess. There are everything a person may need for long or short stay in her apartment, which is equipped with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very artistic and quite spacious.Andria gave me clear instructions and provided help whenever I needed it. She is very helpful and friendly and ready to help her guests. I would definitely come back to her apartment if I visit Nicosia next time and would advise it to my friends. Thank you, Andria!

We were a family of 5 adults and stayed for several days. The apartment of Dimos is spacious and corresponds to the photos. The house was tidy and equipped. The owner responded promptly to our messages and was very helpful.

The house was quite clean and the same as what was seen in the photos. The host was very understanding and helpful in everything. We were 8 people, we only entered the house to sleep, it was more than enough for us. We were comfortable 🌸

We had a fantastic stay at Seniha's place! The home was spotless, stylish, and located in a safe neighborhood. Seniha was a great host, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was seamless, and the amenities were exactly as described. The only small downside was that parking was a bit tricky in the area, but we managed fine. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Chris was very helpful, describing everything needed in great detail. The apartment is in a good location, close to the biggest beach and the bus station from where all the buses leave. The listing was as described. Well-equipped.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
