The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Uniek prive huisje direct aan de Loenderveense plas midden in de natuur met veel voorzieningen om een heerlijk rustige vakantie te beleven. Op slecht enkele minuten bevinden zich boot-verhuur bedrijven/goede restaurants maar ook fiets/kano/sup verhuurbedrijven en een supermarkt.
