The most famous destinations in the Salzkammergut are in the immediate vicinity: Hallstatt (9km) and the imperial city of Bad Ischl (10km).

Die ca. 35m2 große Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Bad Ischl. Zu Fuß sind Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants der Innenstadt erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz kostenlos zu nutzen. Ansonsten ist angrenzend der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz Kaiservilla ( 2 e Ladestationen) . Ein versperrbarer Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden.
