There are sheep and taxies running across the creek. Those who aren't looking for, no luxury, but just want to blink away from the hustle and bustle of the city, they're sure to like the Potůčka. Bees, of course, can't get into the house, but you can look directly from the bed through the glass into the hive, how they work and build honeycombs. Its a beautiful place for rest, swim, walk in nature, listen to birds and charge “your battery”. Ideal for people who love nature. It’s possible to rent a canoe (host) or water pedal, small boat etc in camp nearby. The toilet is dry on the garden. There isn’t a stove yet, so take some warm clothes in case weather is cold! The cottage is fully equipped to cook easy meals.

We are a family of four with two children under 12, and Petra and Fergus's farmhouse was the perfect base for our holiday exploring Central Bohemia! The farmhouse is absolutely charming, just as described, and exceeded our expectations. Fergus was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready with tips and recommendations for activities in the area. The apartment is ideal for anyone who enjoys hiking, water sports, or exploring castles. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute drive from Prague, with many other fascinating towns nearby. The apartment itself was spotless, and the lovely garden and BBQ area were a wonderful bonus. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-located retreat!

Beautiful, newly renovated and newly furnished vacation home on a great property, at a good price. Overall a bit remote, but still easy to find. For one night, it was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child) to drive to Prague the next morning. (less than an hour from the capital). Unfortunately, we were no longer able to try the restaurant next door, as we arrived at 9:30 pm and the kitchen had already closed. But the Lidl is very close 😁 We are more than happy to recommend!
