Guesthouse vacation rentals in Strängnäs Municipality

The hosts, Björn and Annika, connected Netflix to the TV before we arrived - but we never turned on the TV in the 7 days we lived in the house. This is, in general, a short review - everything was so rich and interesting. If you want more details. The house has a good location if you travel by car. You can quickly get to the train station (5 minutes), to the metro station (15 minutes), to the center of Stockholm (30-35 minutes). You can use the boat and fishing rods. Deer, hares, and coots wander into the territory. The toilet, shower and sauna are in a separate house, but we adapted very quickly. The whole family was sad when we left. Thank you so much to Sweden, Björn and Annika, and the loving corgi Luna!

Lovely (old) small house in nice area; not too far from Stockholm and Arlanda airport. The host responds quickly and arranged a baby bed and chair for us, which was very convenient. We would recommend this airbnb!

It is such a beautiful Airbnb, clean, comfy and extremly cozy. We loved staying there!

You can't say anything from the apartment furnishings and if you want a quiet location this is a suitable apartment. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Vårborg metro station. You don't hear much from outside, but the walls in the apartment are very ringing and you heard whole conversations with them next door. However, there was no response to a simple question that I sent with SMS 2 days before check-in. But overall the apartment is great and we would go back to this apartment if we were to go back to Stockholm

Great stay looking forward to my next stay. Ideal location not too far from the city center. Everything that you need is in the apartment.

Been here before and is perfect if you wanna get away from citylife to get some rest.

Loved spending our last night in Sweden and celebrating my 50th birthday with my best friend, a sauna and a big jacuzzi! Great way to relax before a huge flight home to NZ

Thomas' place was very cozy, quiet and had everything I needed. He was very friendly, coming to the door, chatting to me about lots of things, and letting me keep my bike in their shed overnight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the area.

Great place for a calm and peaceful stay! Friendly people and an adorable little cabin! The nature was beautiful and the bus station was just a short walk away, it isn't wheelchair accessible due to the ladder to the loft but it was cozy and comfortable to sleep up there!

We had a wonderful stay at Frederik's! 😊 The vacation home is idyllic and quiet in the countryside, just minutes from Uppsala – perfect for unwinding and at the same time being quickly in the city. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped, ideal for our family of four with two small children. We felt right at home! Frederik was always available and very helpful – a great host. We highly recommend this house!

Good guest house for us to spend a night in Eksiltuna!

Great little place close to Bro and Bålsta. Very cozy, with candles and blankets, nicely decorated with a smartTV for Netflix etc. It’s a garage conversion on the host’s property, but totally separate and private with a small outdoor space as well. Immaculate and modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Parking immediately outside and you would need your own vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we’re next in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

I was not there myself, but had booked the accommodation for 2 of my employees. They were super happy. Stefan was so service-minded and arranged bed linen when we had missed bringing it. Can really recommend this home.

This cottage was very nice, and the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. It felt like there were benches facing every direction (good for catching the sun ☀️). We especially loved having bikes available to explore the area – it was a fantastic way to see everything. Highly recommend!

My first stay in an Airbnb and I was so impressed. The place was spotless and the instructions were really clear. It looks even better than the photos. Felt very at home and hope to return next year.

We loved staying at Ellinor and Sören's home! We felt at home immediately upon arrival and would definitely recommend this perfect guest house! The family welcomed us with open arms and was extremely helpful. They gave us great tips about the local area and about living in Sweden. The house was exactly as shown in the photos — it was very cozy and clean, and we had everything we needed for our long stay. We also loved spending time in the beautiful garden and watching the cute bunnies and chickens. We miss Ellinor and Sören and their family and hope to come back soon.

Maria and Gilles' place is beautifully located, away from everything (so be sure to shop beforehand:)). The two were extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use the SUP, sauna and motorboat. Maria even brought us drinks. We would stay with Maria and Gilles again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.
