Apartment under the Sunnmøre Alps!

Welcome to Brunstad, midway between Sunnmørsalpene! The apartment is a great starting point for mountain hiking both on foot in the summer/fall and in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour drive) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts will find just 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Vil du bo en tid mellom fjell, rene bekker og elver og husdyr, men uten internettdekning, mobildekning eller strøm? Herdalssetra har tradisjonelle stølshus midt i et vakkert landskap med spennende geologi. Budeiene bodde her om somrene den tida alle stelte sine egne dyr, nå kan det være din tur :) Dette er Norges største geiteseter i drift, her er også hester, sauer og kyr. Herdalssetra er ein del av UNESCO verdsarvområdet Geiranger - Herdal.

Great hiking terrain in the community in summer and winter. On the main floor is the living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The loft has 2 bedrooms and a loft living room. Sleeps 12. Imagine waking up in a fairy tale in the midst of the world heritage, in a small wooden hut, a traditional cabin in Herdalssetra - a charming, living mountain farm. You can experience people and animals on the mountain farm, or put on your boots and backpack to explore unique paths with friends or family. When coming back you can sit in the heat from the wood stove, drink hot chocolate and read a good book in the silence of the evening.

Helset Cabin 2, Hellesylt

Well equipped cabin in scenic surroundings. 5 km from Hellesylt center, where the ferry trip to Geiranger starts. Possibility of trout fishing both in river and water. Located in the healthy alpine with great hiking possibilities both summer and winter. Many popular tourist destinations nearby, including Geiranger, Ålesund, Stryn and Loen.

Dette er ei campinghytte. Eit rimeleg alternativ for ein familie, eller gode venner på tur. Hytta er praktisk, med dei fasilitetane som trengst for å kunne lage eit måltid mat, få lys og varme, og sove tørt og lunt. Sjølv om det ikkje er toalett og dusj i hytta, er det kort veg til sanitæranlegget som er lyst og trivelig.
