Vacation rentals with lake access in Stranda Municipality

We have traveled so many countries and stayed in places and yet we truly have no words to explain how beautiful this location and the home is. It is beautiful beyond our words can explain. Flo Bellvue is one of the places I see my self coming back over and over with my family. It was more than big enough for our 3 families with kids. Monica and Vidar have paid so much attention to the details. We felt so home, our kids had the best time of their life, whether it was going outside to play, riding bicycles through the orchards and hills or going down by the water. Our day and evening walks will be the most memorable and this beautiful place will be in our memory forever. Thank you to Monica and Vidar for giving so many people an opportunity to experience this gem.

Egil’s home was a beautiful and comfortable haven in the middle of the most stunning scenery my family and I have ever seen. Waking up to that breathtaking view each day was really special. In spite of the constantly changing weather on the fjord in May, we were still able to enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the hot tub at the end of a day hiking. Egil provided us with so much good information and was always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to make a reservation for us at Christian Gaard for dinner, which was another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend doing this. Thanks so much Egil for everything. , We would love to return someday!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Margrete’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — everything was exactly as described and even better in person. Margrete was a kind and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I felt completely comfortable and welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, peaceful yet conveniently located. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you again for the lovely experience!

We really enjoyed staying at Anne’s place! The house has a very interesting story and antiques from the past. They are very welcoming and a joy to talk with. The area is beautiful as well. I would highly recommend!

Feeling like home as soon as you open the main door, that is the feeling we had the very first moment we stepped in. Very clean, cozy and decorated with absolute taste. It is one of the most equipped places I have ever been... there is everything you can imagine and that you might need. And everything is perfectly organized and clean that it makes it easy to use and put it back where it belongs. 10 minutes drive from the house you have a 24/7 small super market open where you can get anything you need. The house deserves the absolutely maximum possible star rating and so does the host. Smart advice: do follow the instructions of the host to find it... google maps does not help. Spacious and comfortable apartment in beautiful area. Private parking a few steps from the door. My husband and I felt right at home. There was more than enough room for the 2 of us and it would comfortably accomodate a larger family. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and wifi worked great. Grocery store just a few kilometers down the road. Kjetil was so freindly and answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Helge's place been full of everything what we needed for our daily routine. Location and house - spot on, parking - easy fits more than two cars. Owner is super easy to get in touch with. 100% recommend for others who will look for place to stay in STRYN !!!!!

Very nice apartment that was perfect for our family of two adults and two children:) Clean and nice, good space and cozy! A big plus was the garden with a playroom and toys that the kids could borrow inside. The host was also quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We all had a great time and would love to come back :-)

I stayed only one night after a long day of traveling, after which I met up with a group. Torill’s place was comfortable and within walking distance to a store. She helped me find what I needed to get around as well. I would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at the apartment and it was every bit as good as last time. It was very comfortable and well equipped, in a good location with an amazing view. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Alesund a 3rd time.

Great location. Near the airport but with the ocean and paths within walking distance. Clean with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen.

Heidi was a nice host. We have enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large and centrally located. Can recommend it!

Communication with Synnøve was very good, she let us in earlier! The clean and very cozy house. If you are going with suitcases note that Google Maps will take you up very steep stairs, look for an alternative! For everything else great!

Great place for a family holiday. the house has amazing views over the Fjord and mountains. so many activities in the area, such as hiking, via Ferrata, Skylift, Zip lining, and water activities. Our host Haldor was very friendly and a great help, he arranged 2 excursions for us, fishing and a visit to his family farm. the house is clean, spacious, well equipped with all modern amenities, and has a great location close to many attractions in Norway, such as Geiranger, Trollstigen, and many more. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

We had a lovely time at Kristin’s house, it had everything we needed. It is very peaceful with lovely views, we did a beautiful hike straight from the house which the hosts recommended. They were very welcoming, friendly and responsive. We could park next to the house and charging was available, which was great. We can definitely recommend the place.

A very good location if you’re trying to find some peace! In front of a lake and in the middle of nowhere, highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Eddie's cabin. We had plenty of space, a beautiful view, & everything we needed. The cabin is quietly situated in a valley close to the most amazing mountain & fjord scenery. It is a calm & tranquil place to return to after a day in the mountains. Hope to return one day.
