The log house is new (2019) and is located in Geiranger city center with a large veranda and particularly good sun conditions. Here is a good ceiling height large window with spectacular views of fjords and mountains and easy access to the porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue. It is a quiet area with many hiking opportunities from the front door as well as walking distance to the city center. The house is fully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant experience in Geiranger, - a perfect starting point for many sights and experiences with a location in the middle of nature.

Reinehytta, log cabin in Norddal

Inside the cabin there is a sofa group and a dining group, as well as a fireplace and kitchen in the common area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove, sink, coffee maker and kettle, and space to cook. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a seating area on the balcony, and a bench and table outside by the parking lot. Unfortunately, we don't have a hot tub anymore. Nice swimming areas by the fjord and many hiking opportunities in the mountains. 1 km to grocery store, 30 mins. drive to Geiranger.

Welcome to Meisbu - in the heart of Sunnmørsalpane! The cabin was built for Christmas 2023 and is nicely located with mountain and lake views. Here you get close to nature with a short distance to both ski lifts, top tours and cross-country ski trails in winter, and mountain tours and swimming/fishing in summer. The cabin can also be a base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain on Runde. Bring your family and friends to a cozy cottage stay in a homey environment.

Great cabin in Sunnmørsalpene. The cabin is located just a few hundred meters from the ski resort and short access to several kilometers of cross-country trails with lights for an evening trip. There are also many opportunities for top trips for all skill levels. There is also the possibility to rent a 16-foot leisure boat with 40hp. This is located in Sykkylven city centre (20 min drive from the cabin). Here there are life jackets and fishing equipment if you are interested. Rental must be pre-booked a good while before. The view is best enjoyed from the massage bath on the summer's bright evenings or under the winter's starry sky. The cabin is located in a quiet and private area, but provides easy access to activities such as rafting, climbing park, mountain tours, kayaking, and cycling. In winter, it is only 34 minutes to Overøye alpine facilities, and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity.

Want to stay for a while between mountains, clean streams and rivers and pets, but without internet coverage, mobile coverage or electricity? Herdalssetra has traditional mountain farms in the middle of a beautiful landscape with exciting geology. The mountain farmers lived here in the summers when everyone cared for their own animals, now it can be your turn :) This is Norway's largest goat farm in operation, there are also horses, sheep and cows. Herdalssetra is part of the UNESCO World Heritage area Geiranger - Herdal.

Cabin at Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

This recently (2025) renovated family cabin has an amazing view of the Geirangerfjord and the mountains surrounding it. It is located just a few hundred meters away from downtown Geiranger. With free parking and everything Geiranger has to offer only a stone's throw away, you are all set for unique experience. A spacious terrace where you can relax and watch the sunset is one key feature of this cabin. Note that linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Free use of washing machine.
