Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (11, 14, 17 and 19 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. In 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Castricum aan Zee with a beautiful beach, many terraces, restaurants and water sports. There are 2 folding bicycles at the cottage. You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
