We had an incredible stay. The host and his team ensured we were welcomed, felt right at home and had the stay of a lifetime. It was incredible and definitely a place we will be returning to.

This getaway was just what we needed for a short break from the busyness of life! We particularly enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, beautiful garden and friendly doggos that came to greet us. Loved the bathroom: modern, clean, spacious, big mirror, and extra light at the hand basin. Elmarie is very thoughtful and practical in what she makes available to her guests in the unit. Great location and beautiful apartment

Wonderful apartment so well designed for a small place. The kitchen was closed off from the rest of the open plan area which is great - no cooking smells trapped in your bed clothes. Wonderful view - very confortable bed. Everything was spotless. Malinda Burden who kindly met us after 7pm was wonderful. Clear instructions, friendly and responsive. I would definitely love to visit again. The apartment may be pretty ot in Summer, but was perfect in May and a fan is provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Its location was ideal - close to the beach and restaurants. The views from the house were stunning, and we truly appreciated how well-equipped and well-maintained everything was. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!

The Writer's Nook is a peaceful sanctuary in a beautiful, safe neighborhood in Somerset West. The space is light and spacious and is beautifully and stylishly furnished. I loved the indoor fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, and the luxurious bedding. Anel was a wonderful host: Responsive, helpful and very kind. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Louwrens was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything run smoothly. We really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

Bruce's AirBnb was perfect! Super clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We received lots of recommendations from Bruce which were very helpful. It was super cozy and we LOVED the balcony where you can enjoy the views with your coffee or tea. I would recommend this AirBnb to anybody visiting Cape Town!

We decided on an unscheduled trip to visit the kids in Stellenbosch. Looked for a place to just sleep as our itenirary was jam packed. I booked, and minutes later received confirmation and instructions. Well communicated, everything was as it is described. Book here if you need a good value 1-2 day stopover. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment right in the very heart of Franschhoek - perfectly located for events happening in town. The apartment has everything one would need for a great stay. Mark is a very welcoming and accomodating host. One thing to note - It is directly above two restaurants which can make things a bit noisy - if you want total peace and quiet this might not work for you as the vibes continues into the night but if you enjoy such vibes this is an amazing spot. We will definitely be back!
